The Blue Max: Scale R/C Challenge and Fly-In

Save the date for the Premiere Vintage and WWI Era R/C Aircraft Competition:

Friday, March 12 – Saturday, March 13, 2010
at Fantasy of Flight in Central Florida

This two-day event will feature an adjudicated Static Display and Fly-In Competition with awards for static display and aerial maneuvers. Aircraft is limited to those built between 1903 - 1919.

Accommodations
The Days Inn & Suites, Lakeland, has extended a discounted guest room rate for out-of-town guests during The Blue Max. The special rate is $78.99 + tax for standard rooms (1-2 people) and $94.99 + tax for king suites (1-2 people) when guests reference "The Blue Max Event" for the dates March 12 and 13, 2010. Guests interested in extending their stay for three or more nights prior to or following the event dates will be eligible for the same rate, subject to room availability.
