Fantasy of Flight is a premier event venue serving all of Florida, but with a focus on providing Orlando and Tampa with venue rental options suitable for corporate events, private events and weddings. In addition, we offer full-service event planning assistance.
Is the Fantasy of Flight Aircraft Museum still open?
In 2014, we closed as a public attraction to refocus on providing a unique event venue rental experience. The former attraction hangars are now used solely for Private Event Rentals, Weddings, Corporate Galas, etc.
However, The World’s Greatest Aircraft Collection Museum and gift shop is still open to the public. This museum is housed in the former Fantasy of Flight maintenance hangar. A calendar of operational dates and times can be found at the following link: Museum Operations Calendar .

What Is the Price of Admission?
Tickets may be purchased on-site only. Admission prices can be found at Admission Pricing . Group Discounts are offered at the door with groups of (10) ten guests or more paying in a single transaction. Group Discounts are equal to $2 off the Admission Price.
Are Private Tours Available?
We try to accommodate private tour/specialty visit requests to the best of our ability. Private Tour/Specialty Visit Requests are handled Monday – Thursday between 8am and 4pm EST.
Is the Compass Rose Restaurant Still Open?
The Compass Rose restaurant was closed. There are currently no restaurant facilities on property.
Are Bi-Plane Rides Still Available?
Bi-Plane rides are offered seasonally through a third-party vendor, but take off from the Fantasy of Flight runways. Contact Waldo Wright’s Flying Service for pricing, scheduling, etc.
Is The Ropes Course & Zip Line Still Open?
No. The ropes course and zip line is unavailable for rental and or use. There is currently no scheduled reopening date planned.
